Users

Users are people from your organization who will be using the Kapitalwise platform. You can have multiple users on the platform and assign them with appropriate roles for the platform access and usage.

User Roles

We provide five different kinds of user roles. These user roles can be assigned to limit the access of Kapitalwise platform.

Admin

This is the administrator role. The user with this role has access to the whole platform including ability to create, edit and delete other users. Consider this as a super user with all rights.
Note: An organization must have at least one admin user.

Designer

This role is for users who would work on designing Templates and Campaigns. Users with this role would have access to Campaigns, Templates and Assets on Kapitalwise.

Marketing

This role is for users who handle the marketing tasks of the company. Users with this role will have access to the complete platform excluding the ability to create, edit and delete other users.

Developer

This role is for users who handle apps and integrations and work on creating workflows to automate customer engagement. Users with this role will have access to Templates, Apps and Engagement Builder on Kapitalwise.

Compliance

This role is for users who check whether a content is compliant or non-compliant based on company policies. Compliance users have access to view, edit and approve/reject campaigns submitted for compliance review.
